Ingredients
- 3 green Chilies
- 1 TSP Ginger Paste
- 1 & ½ TSP Lemon Juice
- Salt (As Needed)
- 1 TSP Turmeric
- 1 & ½ TSP White Pepper powder
- 10 gm Green Coriander
- 1 TBSP Vinegar
- 500 gm Rice
- 1 TSP Mustard seeds
- 10 Split chickpeas
- 10 gm Dal Maash
- 20 gm Peanuts
- 10 gm Cashew
Method
Boil water in a pan, add vinegar, salt, cooking oil, and boil it for 10 minutes.In a pan add cooking oil, mustard seeds, split chickpeas, Peanuts, Cashew, Green Chili, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Salt, White pepper powder, Turmeric, Dal Mash and cook it for 2 Minutes. Now add boiled rice and cook it for 2 Minutes.Your tasty lemon rice are ready type serveTimings: 30 Minutes serve: 3 persons
