KASHMIRI MUTTON GUSHTABA



Ingredients


  • 1 & ½ TSP Ground Red Chili
  • 1 & ½ TSP Coriander Powder
  • ½ TSP Aniseeds Powder
  • 1 TSP Ginger Powder
  • 800 gm Mutton Mince
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • ½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ TSP Garlic Paste
  • ½ TSP Ginger Paste
  • ½ TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TSP Kasoori Methi
  • 5 gm Mint
  • ½ TSP Cardamom Powder
  • 5 gm Garam Masala Powder
  • 500 gm Yogurt

Method
First of all, take a bowl. Add Mutton Mince, Salt, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder and mix these all
Now make round Kofta’s from this mixture
After this, add 4 cup water in a pan. Let it warm, then add kofta’s in this water and boil them for 30 Minutes
Next, Add Yogurt in a bowl, also add Salt, Ground red Chili, Ginger Powder, Cardamom Powder, Aniseed Powder, Coriander Powder & mix these all ingredients.
Then Add this Mixed Yogurt in a pan & Cook it at the low flame for 5 minutes
Now add Garam Masala, boiled Kofta’s and cook them for 5 Minutes
In the last, add Mint as a Garnishing
Your Tasty Chicken Gushtaba is ready to serve
